You can get an overview of the usage of
each ticket separately
Here's how you do this:
1. Go to the Tickets tab, choose the right match and enter the name of the customer.
2. Select the ticket and click on the "Usage" button.
3. The "Ticket Usage" screen appears.
4. Fields explained.
|Date||The date on which the ticket was downloaded / emailed|
|Origin||Where (iXpole = the club or tickets4.biz = the customer) the ticket was downloaded / emailed|
|Action by||Who downloaded or emailed the ticket|
|Action Type||Download or Email|
|Sent||A check mark appears when the ticket is sent by mail|
|Open ||A check mark appears when the mail is opened|
|Click||A check mark appears when the customer has clicked in the mail|
