Link the ticket for the match with the correct ticket info


Here's how you do this:

-> First the system looks if a menu has been confirmed on VIP Online. 
The info that is linked to this menu will appear on the ticket.

1. Go to the Catering tab, choose the match and click on the menu.

2. Indicates at the level of Ticketinfo the text that you want to have on the ticket for these customers
and save it.

--> If no menu is confirmed, the system will then look at the option chosen by the customer
when creating a season sales.

1. If your customer chooses a catering option, you must indicate this option when creating
a seasonsales.

2. Put this info on the ticket by going to the Fixtures tab and clicking on the match.

3. Click on the green "Add" button

4. Choose the correct Ticket Info Type and the Ticket Info Text that you want to have on the ticket
for these customers and save it.

5. The Ticket Type and Text are between the overview.

---> If no option is chosen by the customer when creating a season sales, the system will check
whether a Ticket info Text is linked per stand.

1. Click in the Admin tab on the green "Plans - Seating Plans" button.

2. Choose the stand for which you want to add a ticket info text.

3. Link the correct ticket info to this stand.

4. Put this info on the ticket by going to the Fixtures tab and clicking on the match. 

5. Click on the green "Add" button.

6. Choose the correct Ticket Info Type and the Ticket Info Text that you want to have on the ticket
for this stand and save it.

7. The Ticket Type and Text are between the overview.

----> If no Ticket info Text is linked per stand, the system will check whether there is a Default text.

1. Create a Ticket info Text with the name "Default".

-----> If you don't want a Ticket info Text on the ticket you don't have to do anything.
